A ray of sunshine at Heathrow for our airport parking customers

Thursday, February 2, 2012

Our Heathrow parking customers will be delighted to see what’s in store for them at the world’s busiest airport this summer thanks to new efforts to improve the passenger experience.

Launching a programme of summer activities and child-friendly incentives, Heathrow are going that extra air mile to banish pre-departure tantrums and boredom to make sure that our most precious items of luggage are adequately entertained and refuelled before their flight.

After a successful trial at Easter,  pre-flight play areas have been installed at all terminals, kids eat free offers are available at participating restaurants, and they’ve even recruited the help of Little Miss Sunshine to spread some fun and cheer around the terminals by handing out sweets and activity books!

And it’s not just our little ones that are being spoiled either - mums and dads are being spared the stresses associated with travelling with babies and toddlers with a range of new services.

These include Heathrow’s Reserve and Collect service which ensures that baby essentials such as milk, wipes and nappies are ready and waiting for them after security, and with dedicated family lanes - they appear to have thought of everything!

Well done Heathrow!

Stress-free is what we’re about, so if you’re looking for stress-free meet and greet services from Heathrow try Heathrow Airport Parking
