Where can I find the chauffeur hotline number?
When you book a Meet & Greet package through Stress Free Parking, you’ll be sent a confirmation email containing the phone number you need to ring as you approach the airport. This is the same number that you’ll need to ring when you land back in the UK.
What if my flight is delayed or redirected?
Meet & Greet providers track the arrival of flights in and out of the airports they cover and will be aware of any delays or re-directions even before you are. Many operations also run 24/7 so your car can be returned to you whatever time you arrive back in the UK.
How does Stress Free Parking know when my return flight is due to arrive?
Our airport valet parking teams have access to live departure and arrival information for right around the clock. They constantly monitor the progress of international and domestic flights and will be aware of when you land.
Why is meet & greet a little more expensive than normal parking and what are the benefits?

Are the Stress Free Parking drivers fully covered by insurance to drive my vehicle?
Yes of course. All Meet & Greet chauffeurs are covered by specialist insurance which allows them to drive any vehicle.
Does Stress Free Parking offer any car cleaning or valet service?
Yes - many of the products we sell include car wash and valeting services, and while you’re away it’s the ideal time to have your car restored to its former glory. Please see each individual product listed on our website for further details.
What do we do on arrival?
Ring the chauffeur hotline number when you are roughly 20 minutes away from your departure airport. You’ll find full details of the arrival procedure and the phone number you need to use on the confirmation email you received shortly after you booked with us. If you’re running late or early, it’s important to give the chauffeur team as much notice as possible so they can ensure they’re there when you arrive.
What do we do when we return?
Collecting your car is easy. Just ring the chauffeur hotline number once you’ve landed and collected your luggage. If you didn’t check-in any hold baggage, you can ring once you’ve cleared security. Once again, you’ll find the chauffeur hotline number and full details of the return procedure on your booking confirmation email.
