Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: Delays aren't usually an issue. We provide your flight number to the car park you book with so that they can track the progress of your return flight and be aware of when to expect you. If your delay results in an extra day or extra days' parking being required, additional charges may be levied by your chosen car park in some instances.
Q: Are the drivers fully insured?
A: Anyone responsible for moving your vehicle while it is parked with any of our suppliers will be covered by the appropriate insurance.
Q: What does the Park Mark Award mean?
A: Park Mark is an award given by the British Parking Association for safer parking. The facility has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.
Q: How will I receive confirmation of my booking?
A: When you make a booking with Looking4Parking, you’ll be asked to provide us with an email address. We then use this to send you a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number, details of your airport parking and directions to the car park. If you book a Meet & Greet parking deal, we’ll also provide you with the chauffeur hotline number.
Q: I haven't received my confirmation email
A: All our emails are automatically generated and sent instantly, the reason your email may have not come through is that your mail server may have blocked the email. Please check your junk mail filters before contacting us and requesting us to resend the email to a different email address.
Q: How does Meet & Greet parking work?
A: When you’re around 20 minutes from the airport - ring the chauffeur hotline number provided in your confirmation email. The chauffeur will direct you to the drop off point - usually right outside the departure terminal. On your return, your vehicle will be brought to meet you outside arrivals. Q: Can I speak to a real person about my booking?
A: Yes of course. Just call 03332 225 960. While we’re closed on Saturday and Sunday currently, if you email email@example.com. someone will get back to you ASAP.
Q: How do I change the details of my booking?
A: If you need to make a change to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible on 03332 225 960. Depending on the airport parking deal you’ve booked, we may be able to make the change free of charge provided you let us know in enough time. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I get in touch with the car park directly?
A: In general, airport car parks prefer not to deal with customer bookings directly - that’s why they’ve appointed us to act for them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team on 03332 225 960. We’ll be happy to get in touch with the car park on your behalf if we can’t answer your question for you.
Q: How do I find the car park?
A: Full directions to each car park are available on the 'More Info' pages of our search results. Once you make a booking, you’ll also receive full details and directions to your chosen car park in your confirmation email. If you’re still not sure, feel free to call us on 03332 225 960.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Getting a quote from us couldn’t be easier. Just pop your dates of travel and desired airport in the booking form and click ‘Get a Quote’. Our system will then bring you back a full list of competitive airport parking deals.
